By using FPF, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
No Financial Advice
FPF provides informational and educational content only, including comparisons, reviews, and analysis of prop firms. Nothing on FPF constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Always perform your own research and consult a qualified advisor before trading.
Accounts & Registration
To access certain features (e.g., FPF Points), you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or misuse.
FPF Points System
- Eligibility: Points may be awarded after verified purchases made through FPF links or codes, upon submission of valid invoices for review.
- Non-cash nature: Points have no monetary value and can only be redeemed for approved rewards listed within the program.
- Verification & Fraud: FPF may verify invoices and reject or revoke points in cases of fraud, duplication, or ineligibility.
- Changes: FPF may modify or discontinue the Points System, redemption catalog, or earning criteria at any time without prior notice.
Affiliate Relationships
FPF participates in affiliate programs with select prop firms and trading services. If you use our affiliate links or codes and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Such partnerships do not affect our objectivity or rankings.
Acceptable Use
- Do not engage in unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not scrape, extract, or automate access without written consent.
- Do not attempt to bypass or compromise security systems.
- Do not post defamatory, obscene, or confidential third-party material.
Content & Intellectual Property
All FPF content, including design, code, graphics, and text, is owned by FPF or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission. User submissions remain owned by you, but by submitting them you grant FPF a license to display and use them as part of the Services.
Third-Party Services & Prop Firms
Prop firms referenced on FPF are independent entities. FPF has no control over third-party services and accepts no responsibility for their terms, actions, or performance. Participation in any trading or evaluation program is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FPF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FPF AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Total liability shall not exceed USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPF, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Changes to Services or Terms
FPF may revise or update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
