Agreement and eligibility
By using Funded Program Finder ("FPF") - the website, price lists, comparisons, tools, giveaways, newsletter and Prop Firm Game (the "Services") - you agree to these Terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Not financial advice
FPF provides information and education only - comparisons, reviews and analysis of prop firms. Nothing on FPF is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Futures trading carries a substantial risk of loss. Do your own research and read our risk disclaimer before you trade.
No accounts
FPF has no user accounts or registration. You can use every page and tool without signing up.
Giveaways
FPF giveaways are free to enter - no purchase is ever required. Each giveaway runs under its own rules, published on its page, and those rules apply alongside these Terms. FPF can change, pause or cancel a giveaway at any time, and our decision on entries and winners is final.
Prop Firm Game
These Terms also cover Prop Firm Game at propfirmgame.com. By playing it, you accept these Terms.
- The game is free and provided "as is". We may change it or take it offline at any time.
- Don't copy, resell or rebrand the game or its artwork.
Affiliate relationships
FPF has affiliate relationships with prop firms and trading services. If you buy through our links or codes, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn't decide our comparisons or rankings. Full details: affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Services for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive.
- Don't scrape, copy or automate access to the site without our written consent.
- Don't try to bypass or break our security.
- Don't enter giveaways with fake accounts, bots or anything else that games the entries.
Content and intellectual property
All FPF content - design, code, graphics, text and data compilations - belongs to FPF or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You can't reproduce or distribute it without permission. Firm names and logos belong to their owners. Anything you send us, such as messages or feedback, stays yours, but you let us use it to run and improve the Services.
Prop firms and third-party services
The prop firms on FPF are independent companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their terms, decisions, payouts or performance. Buying from or trading with any firm is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". FPF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee that information is accurate, complete or current, or that the Services will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FPF AND ITS OWNERS AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. Total liability will not exceed USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPF and its owners from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
