Who we are
Funded Program Finder ("FPF") is an independent comparison and affiliate site for futures prop firms, at fundedprogramfinder.com. For anything in this policy, email hello@fundedprogramfinder.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, and your name if you give it.
- Giveaway entries: the email you enter with, and the entry actions you complete - for example following our social accounts.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or contact form.
- Usage data: pages visited, clicks, browser type and approximate region from your IP address, collected through Google Analytics cookies.
- Affiliate tracking: when you buy through our links or codes, partner firms may share limited conversion data with us so the sale can be attributed. We never see or store your card or payment details.
How we use it
- Run and improve the site, its tools and comparisons.
- Send the newsletter and important notices.
- Run giveaways - check entries, pick winners and contact them.
- Understand traffic so we can fix and improve pages.
- Meet legal duties and enforce our terms of service.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Consent: newsletter, giveaway entries, marketing and non-essential cookies.
- Legitimate interests: analytics, fraud prevention and keeping the site working.
- Legal obligation: record-keeping and compliance where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use CookieYes to manage cookie consent. You can accept or reject cookie categories - strictly necessary, analytics, performance and marketing - at any time from the consent banner. You can also block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working. More in our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
- Service providers: hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), email (MailerLite for the newsletter) and giveaway tools, and for Prop Firm Game, Cloudflare and PostHog, only as far as they need to provide their service.
- Partner firms: limited data for attributing purchases made through our links or codes.
- When the law requires it: or to protect rights and safety.
FPF does not sell your personal data.
Prop Firm Game
Prop Firm Game at propfirmgame.com is a free browser game made by FPF. This section covers what the game collects.
- No account: the game has no sign-up or login, and it never asks for your name, email or payment details.
- Your save: your progress is stored only in your own browser (local storage). It never reaches us, and clearing your browser data deletes it.
- Analytics: we use PostHog in cookieless mode - no cookie, no stored ID, and your IP address is discarded. Events carry game data only (day, level, payouts, cash, the room or item you used), plus browser type, the referring site and approximate country.
- Hosting: the game is hosted by Cloudflare, which sees your IP address to deliver the pages. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
- Fonts: the game loads Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.
- Prop Discounts room: when you walk into it, the game loads fundedprogramfinder.com/discounts/ in a frame. That page runs under the FPF site's own cookie notice and this policy.
FPF does not sell data from the game.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside Israel or your country of residence. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep the transfer lawful and your data protected.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it - for the newsletter while you're subscribed, for giveaways until the draw and prize delivery are done, and longer only where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
- Access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data.
- Object to or restrict some processing.
- Withdraw consent for the newsletter or cookies at any time.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you can ask what data we hold, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We don't sell personal data.

Security
There are no user accounts on FPF - you never create a login or password with us. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we do hold. No online service is completely risk-free.
Children
FPF is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a minor has sent us data, tell us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
