This giveaway (the "Campaign" or "Promotion") is organized and sponsored by Funded Program Finder (FPF) ("The Sponsor").

Scope and Applicability

Unless a specific giveaway page states otherwise, these Official Rules apply to all giveaways, contests, and similar promotions run by Funded Program Finder (FPF), whether on its website, email list, or social media channels.

Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to natural persons who:

• Sign up through the official entry page or giveaway widget for the relevant Campaign, and
• Are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, and
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, and representatives of The Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the "Employees"), as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules

By entering any Campaign, you ("You" or the "Contestant") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you submit is true and accurate. You agree to accept the decisions of The Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to any Campaign.

Campaign Period

Entries are accepted only during the Promotion Period shown on the relevant giveaway page or widget for each Campaign. Entries submitted before the start time or after the end time stated there will not be eligible.

How to Enter and Anti Fraud Policy

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, use of referral links, or use of any coupon code does not increase your chances of winning.

Campaigns are entered by submitting an entry using the online form or giveaway widget provided on the official entry page and by completing one or more entry actions described there. All requested fields must be completed truthfully and in good faith.

Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to these Rules or to the instructions in the widget may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Sponsor.

Fraud Prevention and Abuse:

• You may not enter more times than allowed by using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, devices, VPN manipulation, or any other methods intended to circumvent the Rules.
• The use of any automated system, including but not limited to robotic, automatic, scripted, programmed, macro, or "bot" methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification of all associated entries.
• Entries that appear to be generated by fake, duplicate, or disposable accounts, or through spam or abusive behavior, may be removed at The Sponsor's sole discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any entrant and may request additional documentation, such as government ID, proof of residence, or screenshots from a prop firm account, to confirm compliance. Failure or refusal to provide such verification within the time requested may result in disqualification.

Prizes - Evaluations and Direct Funded Accounts

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific Campaign description, prizes consist only of evaluation accounts and/or direct funded accounts with third party proprietary trading firms ("Prop Firms").

Prizes are provided in the form of access codes, account credits, or instructions delivered by The Sponsor to the Winner. The Sponsor typically provides these codes or access directly to the Winner and not to the Prop Firm on the Winner's behalf, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Actual or appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of each prize, including the account type, size, firm, and any special conditions, are described in the relevant Campaign widget or announcement and are determined solely by The Sponsor.

Prizes are non cash, non transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted, except that The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any taxes, platform fees, data or internet costs, or any trading related fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Prop Firm Compliance and Restricted Countries

All evaluation and direct funded accounts are provided by independent third party Prop Firms. Use of any prize is subject to the Prop Firm's own Terms of Service, rules, risk management, payout policies, KYC procedures, and any other conditions they may impose.

To receive and use a prize, the Winner must:

• Be legally allowed to open and use an account with the relevant Prop Firm in their country or region of residence, and
• Successfully pass all required KYC or identity verification processes of the Prop Firm, and
• Comply with all rules and restrictions of the Prop Firm.

If a selected Winner resides in a restricted country as defined by the Prop Firm, or in a jurisdiction where the Prop Firm or applicable law prohibits providing the account, or if the Winner is otherwise banned, blocked, or unable to open an account for regulatory, compliance, or risk reasons, the prize will be forfeited.

In such cases, The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate Winner from the remaining eligible entries. The original Winner will not be entitled to any cash, replacement prize, or compensation.

The relationship for using the prize is solely between the Winner and the Prop Firm. The Sponsor does not control and is not responsible for any decisions made by any Prop Firm regarding onboarding, rule enforcement, account closure, risk parameters, or payouts.

CFTC and Risk Disclosure - Trading Risk Notice

Futures, derivatives, and proprietary trading involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance.

You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. There is no guarantee that you will achieve profits or avoid losses, even if you receive an evaluation or funded account as a prize.

Funded Program Finder (FPF) is not a registered broker, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or introducing broker, and does not provide personalized investment, financial, or trading advice. Any information provided by FPF is for educational and promotional purposes only and should not be considered a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

By participating in any Campaign and by accepting or using any prize, you acknowledge that you understand the risks of trading and that you alone are fully responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. If you have questions about these risks, you should consult with a qualified financial professional and review the risk disclosures of your broker and any relevant regulators such as the CFTC or your local authority.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner or Winners for each Campaign will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, using the tools in the giveaway software or another reasonable method chosen by The Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by email or by the contact method used to enter within a reasonable time after the drawing, typically within five (5) days. The Sponsor has no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notifications due to spam filters, junk mail settings, or incorrect or non functioning contact information.

To be confirmed as a Winner, the selected entrant may be required to respond within a stated period (for example within 48 hours), verify their identity and eligibility, and provide any information reasonably requested by The Sponsor. Failure to respond in time or to provide requested verification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate Winner.

Publicity, Name, and Likeness Rights

By entering a Campaign, You understand and agree that The Sponsor, anyone acting on its behalf, and its licensees, successors, and assigns may, where permitted by law, use your entry, name, username, image, likeness, voice, city and country of residence, and statements about the Campaign for news, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Taxes and Additional Costs

The Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and additional costs that may arise from the receipt or use of any prize. The Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Winners are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

By entering a Campaign, You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from:

• Your participation in the Campaign,
• Any technical failures or interruptions of any kind, including but not limited to malfunction of computers, networks, hardware, software, or internet providers,
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign,
• Any electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries, or
• Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion of it.

Right to Cancel, Modify, or Disqualify

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any Campaign if a virus, bug, technical problem, non authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such cases, The Sponsor may select a Winner from among all eligible entries received prior to any such action.

The Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Campaign or website, or who violates these Rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Data and Privacy

By entering, You consent to the collection and use of your personal data by The Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility, communicating with entrants and Winners, and for related marketing communications, subject to your ability to opt out as described in The Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on The Sponsor's website at: fundedprogramfinder.com.

Social Media Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Campaigns are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Discord, YouTube, Telegram, or any other social networks used to promote or share the Campaign. You understand that you are providing your information to The Sponsor and not to these social networks.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Rules and any Campaign are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory law of your country requires otherwise. Any disputes arising out of or relating to any Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv - Yafo, Israel, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
