Why the $55 Legacy Activation Matters
Legacy evaluations are billed monthly, and the PA activation is a one-time lifetime fee. At $55 it is less than half of the $125 Apex charged in the sale that ended September 22, and it is the same price whether you run a 25K or the biggest Legacy account.
It also works on Legacy evaluations you bought before this sale. If you are close to the target on a Legacy eval you already own, pass and activate before Thursday at 11:59 PM ET to lock the $55. Blow one instead and the reset is $21, down from $80 in the September sale.

Intraday uses a trailing drawdown with no daily loss limit. EOD only moves your drawdown at the close but adds a daily loss limit. Neither has a consistency rule in the evaluation, so you can pass in a single day - the 50% consistency rule only kicks in on the funded account. Fine print that matters
- The eval discounts only apply to accounts bought during the sale.
- The $55 Legacy PA price also works on evaluations bought before this sale, not just new ones.
- The discounted PA fee does not stay with an eval because you bought it in the sale. Activate after the deadline and you pay the normal PA fee.
- Everything - evals, resets and the $55 activation - ends Thursday, October 1 at 11:59 PM ET.
Is It Worth It?
If you trade Legacy accounts, this is the round to act on. $55 is the lowest Legacy activation in Apex's recent sales - $125, then $90, now $55 - and it covers evals you already own. If you are new to Apex, the 25K Intraday is still $17 and the 50K is $25. Compare it with every other firm on the price list.
