Lucid Trading: Repeatable Live Bonuses Up to $4,500 and a 2-Step LucidMaxx From $85
Lucid changed two things at once. The live bonus is no longer one-time - hit the profit target and 20 trading days and you can earn it again and again. And LucidMaxx went 2-step: a 3-day eval, a Pre-live stage with no cooldown if you blow it, and flat promo pricing from $85.

Standard Move to Live: Repeatable Bonuses
Until now the live bonus was a one-time thing. Now you can earn it multiple times over the life of your live account. To get it you need both the Profit Needed for Bonus and 20 trading days in live. Earn one, then meet the same criteria again for the next.
| Live plan | Profit needed | Trading days | Bonus (90% live payout) |
|---|---|---|---|
| LIV025 | $2,000 | 20 | $1,000 |
| LIV050 | $4,000 | 20 | $2,000 |
| LIV100 | $6,000 | 20 | $3,000 |
| LIV150 | $9,000 | 20 | $4,500 |
The EOD drawdown stays the same, and every other part of the standard live account is unchanged.
Lucid did not put a flipping rule or a minimum profit requirement on the 20 trading days. Their words: if it turns into a yolo and flip fest, they will be forced to add requirements - and they really do not want to.
LucidMaxx: From 1-Step to 2-Step
Lucid says Maxxers kept giving the same three pieces of feedback: the 5 trading days requirement was annoying, the tiered pricing stung after blowing multiple live accounts, and the two-week cooldown hurt when a live account got blown in the first few days. Here is what changed.
- Maxx eval is now 3 days.
- Pricing tiers are gone.
- 2-step path to live: Step 1 Eval, Step 2 Pre-live, then Live.
- No cooldown if you blow Pre-live - reset and run it back.
New Path vs Old Path
| Stage | New path | Old path |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluation | Day 1-3 | Day 1-4 |
| Pre-live | Day 4 | - |
| Onboarding | Day 5-6 | Day 5-6 |
| Live | Day 7 | Day 7 |
| Setback | Pre-live blown - no cooldown | Live account blown - 2-week cooldown |
Same finish line on day 7 - the difference is the setback. On the old path, blowing the live account meant a 2-week cooldown. On the new path there is a Pre-live stage first, and blowing it means you reset and run it back with no cooldown. Lucid says it hopes to remove the cooldown completely for Maxxers, even on a blown Live account, but wants to wait a few weeks after the rollout to see if that is sustainable.
Live or Straight-To-Payout
Once you reach Live, the account starts with a balance and a static drawdown, and it is withdrawable from day 1. If you would rather not trade it, you can go Straight-To-Payout once you pass Pre-live and request what would have been deposited into the account.
Maxxers in live can also earn the same repeatable bonus as the standard path - hit the profit target and 20 trading days, as many times as you can.
New LucidMaxx Pricing
| Size | Promo price | Normal price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $85 | $110 | $25 |
| 50K | $155 | $180 | $25 |
| 100K | $220 | $270 | $50 |
| 150K | $375 | $425 | $50 |
The new Maxx launches on promo pricing. If it proves sustainable, Lucid hopes to keep it permanently - if not, it goes back to the normal prices. The changes apply to every Maxx eval bought on or after 5 PM ET on October 4, 2026.
Did They Cook?
For live traders, a repeatable bonus is a straight upgrade - $1,000 to $4,500 every time you stack the profit and 20 days. For Maxxers, the big one is the cooldown: the old path could cost you two weeks for one bad day in live, and the new one puts a Pre-live stage in front of it with no cooldown at all. Flat pricing from $85 helps too, especially if you are the type to run it back a few times. Compare Lucid with every other firm on the price list.
