Every Intraday and EOD size comes two ways: a cheap eval plus a PA activation you pay only when you pass, or a no-activation account where the one-time price is everything. Green marks the cheaper all-in total at each size.

Eval + Activation or No-Activation Account?
If you are confident you will pass, the no-activation account wins at almost every size. A 25K Intraday is $69 all-in against $76 for the $17 eval plus the $59 activation, and on the 100K it is $100 against $138. The only exception is the 150K Intraday, where $119 plus $59 comes to $178 against $189.
If you are not sure, the eval + activation route risks less up front. Fail a $17 eval and you are out $17, not $69 - and you only pay the activation once you have passed. For anyone buying several shots at a 25K or 50K, that math adds up fast.

Intraday uses a trailing drawdown with no daily loss limit. EOD only moves your drawdown at the close but adds a daily loss limit. Neither has a consistency rule in the evaluation, so you can pass in a single day - the 50% consistency rule only kicks in on the funded account. Fine print that matters
- The eval discount only applies to accounts bought during the sale.
- The $59 and $90 PA prices also work on evaluations you already have, not just new ones.
- The discounted PA fee does not stay with an eval because you bought it in the sale. Activate after the deadline and you pay the normal PA fee.
- Intraday and EOD PA pricing ends with the sale on September 27. Legacy PA at $90 runs to September 29.
Is It Worth It?
At $17 for a 25K and $25 for a 50K, this is about as cheap as a futures eval gets, and one-day passing with no eval consistency suits traders who hit hard and stop. Just plan the activation: if you are close to passing an eval you already own, pass and activate before Sunday night to lock the $59 or $90 fee. Compare it with every other firm on the price list.

If you pass, the no-activation account is cheaper at every size except the 150K Intraday, where $119 plus $59 comes to $178 against $189. If you might fail, the eval plus activation route risks less up front - a 25K Intraday eval is $17 against $69, and you only pay the $59 if you pass.
When does the Apex flash sale end?
The evaluation discounts and the $59 Intraday and $90 EOD PA activations end Sunday, September 27 at 11:59 PM ET. The $90 Legacy PA activation runs two days longer, until Tuesday, September 29 at 11:59 PM ET.
Can I use the discounted PA activation on an evaluation I already have?
Yes. The activation pricing works on eligible evaluations already in progress as well as new ones bought during the sale. What counts is when you activate: after the deadline, normal PA fees apply even if the evaluation was bought during the sale.
How does the Apex Legacy discount work?
Legacy evaluations are billed monthly. The flash sale takes 90% off the first month and 80% off every recurring month, and the Legacy PA activation is $90 at any size until September 29.
What are the rules on Apex Intraday and EOD evaluations?
Profit targets are $1,500, $3,000, $6,000 and $9,000 with max drawdowns of $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and $4,000. Intraday uses a trailing drawdown with no daily loss limit. EOD uses an end-of-day drawdown with a daily loss limit of $500 to $2,000. There is no consistency rule in the evaluation, so you can pass in one day.
