FPF Rewards Terms

These terms explain how the FPF Points System works, including eligibility, invoice verification, data handling, fraud prevention, trading risk, liability limitations, and your rights as a participant.

Program Overview

The FPF Rewards Program ("Program") is a voluntary loyalty initiative operated by Funded Program Finder ("FPF", "we", "us"). Participants may earn FPF Points by submitting valid proof of purchase from partnered proprietary trading firms using official FPF referral links or discount codes, as described on the FPF website.

FPF Points are non-cash promotional units. They cannot be redeemed for money, transferred, or sold. Points may be redeemed for digital rewards such as evaluation accounts or similar perks, subject to availability, program rules, and FPF approval.

The Program is offered for community and promotional purposes only. Participation does not create any financial, employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and FPF.

Relationship To Other FPF Terms

The Program forms part of the wider FPF ecosystem. By participating in FPF Rewards you agree that:

  • The FPF Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and any other legal notices on the FPF website also apply to your use of the Program.
  • In the event of a conflict between these Rewards Terms and the general FPF Terms of Use, FPF will determine which terms govern the specific situation, acting reasonably and in good faith.

Eligibility

  • Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and older who create a registered FPF account.
  • By joining, you confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in loyalty or affiliate based programs in your jurisdiction and that you are using the Program for your own account and not on behalf of a third party without proper authority.
  • FPF may request identity verification, such as a name match on the invoice or additional documentation, in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate submissions, regulatory requirements, or security checks.

Invoice Submission And Verification

To earn FPF Points, users must upload a valid invoice or proof of purchase from a partnered prop firm after using an official FPF referral link or discount code, as specified on the FPF website.

Invoice requirements:

  • The invoice must clearly show order ID, amount paid, date, and the prop firm name.
  • The invoice must be genuine, legible, and correspond to a completed purchase that has not been refunded or charged back.
  • The invoice should match the registered user’s email or otherwise be reasonably verifiable as that user’s purchase.
  • Invoices must be submitted within the timeframe specified on the FPF website for eligibility, typically within a limited number of days after purchase.

FPF reserves the right to request additional information or documentation in case of discrepancies or suspected abuse and may decline or delay approval until verification is complete.

Fraud Prevention, Misuse And Account Suspension

Fraudulent or abusive actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Uploading edited, fabricated, duplicated, or stolen invoices.
  • Using multiple accounts to claim points from a single purchase or sharing a single invoice across multiple users.
  • Submitting invoices for purchases that did not use official FPF referral links or discount codes where required.
  • Initiating chargebacks, disputes, or refunds after points have been awarded for a purchase.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the Program, technical systems, or point calculations.

FPF may, at its sole discretion:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts involved in fraud or misuse.
  • Cancel or deduct previously awarded points.
  • Reject pending redemptions or submissions.

All accumulated points and pending rewards may be forfeited if an account is suspended or terminated due to suspected fraud, abuse, or material breach of these terms.

Data And Privacy

By submitting invoices or proof of purchase, you authorize FPF to collect and store data for verification, rewards administration, anti-fraud checks, and affiliate reporting. This may include:

  • Invoice files (images), order ID, prop firm name, purchase date, and amount.
  • Your email address, FPF account ID, and any details you provide in the submission form.
  • Technical data such as IP address, timestamps, and device or browser information used for fraud prevention and security.

Data retention: Invoice and related data are stored securely for audit, commission validation, fraud prevention, and legal or tax purposes. Data is typically retained for up to 12 months, or longer if reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Your rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact rewards@fundedprogramfinder.com. FPF may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

Redemption Rules

  • Available rewards are listed in the "See Rewards" section or other designated areas on the FPF website or dashboard.
  • Each reward may have specific eligibility criteria, point cost, and conditions. These details form part of these terms.
  • Redemptions are considered final once confirmed by FPF. Points used in a successful redemption are deducted and are not refundable.
  • FPF is not responsible for third party fulfillment, activation delays, changes to prop firm rules, or refusal by a prop firm to honor a reward, provided FPF has supplied the reward as described at the time of redemption.
  • FPF may update, replace, or discontinue any reward at any time without prior notice, including changing the number of points required for specific rewards.

No Cash Value, No Withdrawal And No Refunds

FPF Points are not currency and have no monetary value. They:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash, bank transfer, crypto, or any form of monetary payout.
  • Cannot be used to pay debts, fees, or margin, and do not represent a claim or right to money or property.

FPF does not process refunds or reimbursements for redeemed rewards. If a prop firm rejects, closes, modifies, or cancels a redeemed reward, it is the user’s responsibility to resolve any dispute directly with that prop firm. Points used for that redemption remain non refundable.

Email And Notifications

By participating in the Program, you agree that FPF may send emails or in platform notifications related to:

  • Invoice submission status, approval, or rejection.
  • Points earned, adjusted, or redeemed.
  • Program updates, important changes to these terms, and security or compliance notices.

You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link where available. However, transactional or service emails that are necessary for running the Program, such as password resets, security alerts, or invoice status updates, are considered essential and cannot generally be unsubscribed from.

Trading Risk, No Advice And Affiliate Disclosure

Participation in the Program does not remove or reduce the substantial risks involved in trading futures or using proprietary trading firms.

  • Trading futures and other leveraged products involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. It is possible to lose more than your initial investment.
  • Past performance, hypothetical performance, or funded account results do not guarantee future results.

Nothing in the Program, on the FPF website, or in FPF communications constitutes financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and choice of prop firm or broker.

FPF is not a broker, dealer, clearing firm, or proprietary trading firm. FPF is an independent information and affiliate marketing website. When you use FPF links or discount codes, FPF may receive a commission or other benefit from the prop firm, at no additional cost to you. These affiliate relationships do not change the risk of trading or your obligations under any agreement with a prop firm.

Limitation Of Liability

Participation in the Program is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FPF does not guarantee that you will obtain a funded account, pass any evaluation, receive any payout, or achieve any particular trading result.
  • FPF is not liable for trading losses, denied payouts, evaluation failures, technical issues at third party firms, or business decisions taken by prop firms.
  • FPF is not responsible for any unavailability, delay, error, or malfunction of the Program, including technical issues, outages, or data loss, although FPF will act reasonably to maintain and restore service.
  • FPF’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Program, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed USD 10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability to this extent, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, reward structures, graphics, text, and underlying systems relating to the FPF Rewards Program are owned or licensed by FPF and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Copying, reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Program, its point system, or any proprietary tools or processes without FPF’s prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Program Changes, Expiration And Termination

FPF may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. This includes:

  • Changing how points are earned, calculated, or redeemed.
  • Adjusting the value of rewards or the number of points required.
  • Introducing point expiration policies or limits on earning or redemptions.

If the Program is discontinued or materially changed, FPF may provide a notice period where reasonably practical, but is not obligated to maintain any specific rewards or point values. Unused points may expire without compensation if the Program is terminated or if your account is closed in accordance with these terms.

Governing Law

These Rewards Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Tel Aviv Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Program or these terms, unless local consumer protection law requires a different forum.
