FFN Rule Updates: New HFT Policy, Payout Caps & BOGO Sale
Funded Futures Network has rolled out critical updates regarding High-Frequency Trading (HFT) limitations and standardized per-account payout caps. To sweeten the deal, they are running a massive 50% OFF + BOGO FREE promo until May 1st.
New High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Policy
FFN has further defined their stance on High-Frequency Trading to ensure that trading activity reflects strategies viable in a real, live market environment, preventing order spamming or unrealistic scalping. This rule applies to all account types and phases (Evaluation, Exhibition, and Funded).
The 30% / 5-Second Rule
- The Rule: No more than 30% of trades placed within a single trading session may have a round-trip duration of under 5 seconds.
- Measurement: Compliance is measured on a per-session basis (6:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET) at market close. It applies to both manual and automated strategies.
- The Consequence: If violated, the account is considered failed. The account and all profits are forfeited immediately. There is no appeal process. Repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban.
Standardized Payout Caps
Effective April 20, 2026, all Sim-Funded accounts (OG and MAX) are subject to new per-account payout caps based on the specific account's withdrawal history. (Note: Live Funded Accounts have no maximum caps or consistency rules).
The $10,000 User Cap
In addition to the per-account cap, no single user may withdraw more than $10,000 total across all funded accounts in a single payout event. You are always limited to the lesser of the two caps (your combined per-account caps vs the $10,000 user cap).
